Spring 2021 Housing Counseling Training Package

This package of four virtual trainings is designed to equip housing counselors with tools and best practices to address essential housing counseling topics such as homeownership, foreclosure, and mental health. For each half-day course, participants who attend and pass a final exam will earn a certificate that can be counted toward TAHC recertification. The trainings included in this package are: 

• Effective Rental Counseling: February 18, 10am-3pm (Course Description) 
• Foreclosure Training: April 21
• Mental Health Training: May 4
• Homeownership Training: June 16

While each training is available to non-Coalition members for $25, purchasing this training package offers a total discount of $25 for all four trainings and guarantees a seat in each training. 

Please note: Members of the Coalition will have the opportunity to register for free prior to each training. 

In the event that a training is postponed or canceled, registrants may request a refund of $25 per training, up to $75, or transfer their registration to a future housing counseling training.
